Where It All Began: Our First Clothing Design

Every brand has to start somewhere, and for Loop the Loop Designs, one of our earliest steps into clothing began with a little design called Foxy.

Long before our cowl neck hoodies and the collections we create today, Foxy was our very first clothing design. Featuring playful autumn-inspired lettering and falling leaf details, it was a design that marked the beginning of our journey into creating clothing with personality.

Looking back, our designs have grown and evolved since those early days, but Foxy is still a design I love. It will always hold a special place in our story as the very first piece of clothing we created.

A Little Foxy Collaboration with Love Lissie

Sometimes it's the little things that make running a small business so rewarding. And one of those moments for us was being chosen to take part in a lovely small business collaboration with Love Lissie.

Back when Loop the Loop Designs was still finding its feet, we were delighted to have our Foxy collection featured as part of Love Lissie's initiative to support a different small business each month.

Spreading a Little Small Business Love

The idea was simple but really special. A selection of Love Lissie's customer orders included a little surprise from another independent business, giving customers the chance to discover something new while helping a small brand reach a wider audience.

Our Foxy designs were included in a selection of orders, adding a little extra surprise and a sprinkle of joy for the people who received them.

We loved seeing our products heading off to new homes and hearing the lovely feedback from people who had received one of the gifts.

Meet Foxy!

Our Foxy design brought together warm autumn-inspired colours, playful lettering and delicate falling leaf details.

It was one of those designs that felt full of personality, and seeing it included in the collaboration was a real highlight for us. Even better was receiving lovely feedback from Love Lissie customers who had discovered Foxy as a surprise gift in their parcels. 

There's something particularly lovely about seeing a design you've worked on being discovered by someone who might never otherwise have come across your little business.

Why Supporting Small Businesses Matters

When you're running an independent business, every opportunity to reach new people means a lot.

Behind every small brand is someone putting time, creativity and plenty of determination into making something they believe in. Often alongside a day job, family life and all the other things that fill everyday life!

That's why collaborations that shine a light on independent businesses are so valuable. They help smaller brands connect with new customers, introduce people to something different and remind us how much support and encouragement exists within the small business community.

We're grateful to Love Lissie for giving us that opportunity and for including Loop the Loop Designs in their small business initiative.

It's a lovely reminder that sometimes a little collaboration can go a long way.
