REMEMBER Neither a mirror reflection nor a photograph is a completely accurate interpretation of the way a person looks. Both can distort our appearance depending on various factors such as lighting, angles, and distance.
We can be the worst at times for over-analysing our own reflections, but In fact, studies have shown that other people generally like the version of you they see, as opposed to the image of yourself you THINK they see.
