TOP 5 TIPS for a Harmonious Home
Let's be honest. April has had, as always, some pretty dull, rainy days and, in the current climate, things can feel heavy at times.
Here are 5 ideas to get rid of negative energies in your home.
1. Let the fresh air in - open those windows and get the air moving. Shake out your pillows and duvet.
2. Burn some wax melts - citrus notes such as orange, lemon, and grapefruit can be energising and uplifting. Consider having this type of fruits in your fruit bowl to add colour to the space and boost your mood (Vitamin C is great for you, too 🍊 🍋 )
3. Repair or remove broken things - We've all been there, having things left somewhere forgotten about or waiting for us to get round to fix.
4. Use Sea Salt - apparently, sea salt can help clear negativity. Dissolve in clean water and wipe around your house or work station (obviously not near the electricals ⚡️).
5. Declutter - Spring cleaning is popular for a reason. Keep hold of things that are useful and things that you love. Then consider whether you need the rest.
